Segon warrants all products are under integrative tests to avoid damage in the material process and conform to public
specifications. During the warranty period, if the Product failed under normal use in the recommended environment
due to improper workmanship or materials, Segon will repair the product or replace it with a comparable one.
The warranty police will be subject to the following conditions and restrictions

Durations
The warranty is valid from the purchase date with the date proof. Segon will inspect the product and reserve the right of final maintenance and replacement. Besides, Segon reserves the right to provide a functional equivalent, or refurbished replacement product.

Limitations
This warranty does not apply to product failure due to accident, abuse, mishandling, improper store, and alteration, acts of nature or problems with electrical power. In addition, the shell open or modify , or any defects on entity, product appearance including the product warranty card or product quality stickers, serial number or electronic product codes will also lose the warranty .
Segon is not responsible for any data recovery in the event of a defective hard drive or flash memory. The Product must be used with devices that conform to the recommended industry standards. Segon will not be liable for damages resulting from other device that causes the product to fail. Segon won¡¯t be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, lost profits, lost  business investments, or interference with business relationships as a result of lost data. Segon is also not responsible for damage or failure any other equipment, even if Segon has been advised of this possibility. This limitation does not apply to the extent that it is illegal or unenforceable under applicable law.

Disclaimer
Above limited warranty is exclusive without crytic or statutory terms. The warranty is not affected under Segon¡¯s technical support or aviso. The lifetime warranty may not apply to some limited countries.To accord with the requirement of the country warranty period, Segon¡¯s lifetime warranty never affects customers¡¯ legal rights and interests.
